Terms of sale

Custom products. Badges are printed to your specifications. Production begins only after you approve the design proof we email you. Please check names, spelling, colors, and your review link carefully before approving.

Pricing and shipping. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Free shipping on every order. Ships within 3–5 business days after you approve your proof. Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier.

Your content. You confirm you have the right to use any logo or artwork you upload, and that the review link belongs to your business.

Review policies. You agree to use badges in line with Google’s review policies and applicable law, including not offering incentives in exchange for reviews.

Defects and returns. Because badges are custom printed, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If a badge arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved proof, contact support@electronicplayground.com within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.
