What to have ready when you call

A quick call goes faster with a few details on hand: roughly how many people on your team meet customers, whether you operate more than one Business Profile, and where your logo files live. If you already placed an order, have your order number from the confirmation page or email so we can pull it up right away.

Sending artwork by email

If your logo file was too large for the order form, or a designer needs to send it directly, email it to us with your business name in the subject line. Vector formats like SVG, PDF, AI, or EPS give the sharpest print. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background also works. We will attach it to your order and include it on your proof.

Office hours and response times

Our team works from the Plumas Street office during regular weekday business hours. Calls are the fastest way to reach us. Emails and proof replies are answered as quickly as possible, usually the same business day. If you are up against a deadline, such as a new crew starting Monday or a trade show, say so up front and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
