Crew rollouts

Review badge packs for whole crews

One badge helps one person ask. A badge on every technician, foreman, and estimator turns asking for reviews into a company habit.

Team packs lower the price per badge and make it easy to give each person a card with their own name.

Pack pricing

A single badge is $30. The 10-badge crew pack is $250, which works out to $25 each. The 20-badge fleet pack is $400, or $20 each. All packs ship free, and each badge can carry a different name at no extra charge.

Deciding how many you need

  • Count everyone who talks with customers at the end of a job: techs, crew leads, foremen, project managers.
  • Add estimators and sales reps who meet customers in person.
  • Include one or two spares for new hires, seasonal help, and lost badges.
  • If you are between pack sizes, the larger pack often costs about the same as buying singles to fill the gap.

A rollout plan that sticks

  1. Introduce it at a team meeting
Explain why reviews matter: they bring in the next job and the next paycheck. Show your current star rating and review count.
  2. Practice the ask
Have each person say one or two honest sentences out loud. It feels silly once and natural after that.
  3. Hand out named badges
A badge with someone’s name on it signals that their reputation matters, not just the company’s.
  4. Share new reviews weekly
Read reviews that mention team members by name. Recognition keeps the habit alive more than any rule.

Keep it fair and compliant

Recognizing team members whose names show up in reviews is a great motivator. Paying customers for reviews, offering discounts, or asking only customers you expect to be happy is not. Google’s policies prohibit incentivized and selectively solicited reviews, and the FTC’s rules on consumer reviews add legal weight. Ask every customer the same way and let them decide what to write.

Tracking what the badges do

Watch your Google Business Profile for review volume month over month, and note which names appear. If one crew collects most of the reviews, ask them what they say and share it with everyone else. Badges make the ask easy, but people still make the difference.

Questions we hear

Can each badge in a pack look different?+

Names can differ badge to badge. The card layout, logo, and review link stay the same unless you have separate locations; note any split in the order form.

Can I order more than 20?+

Yes. Combine packs, or contact us for larger rollouts across multiple locations.

Do all badges in a pack use the same review link?+

By default, yes. If you have several locations with separate Google profiles, tell us which badges go with which link.
