What goes on your card
- Your logo, placed at the top where it is visible from a few feet away.
- A short headline, such as “How did we do?” or wording of your choosing.
- The QR code that links to your Google review form.
- Five stars and a tap-or-scan instruction so customers know what to do.
- Optional: a team member’s first name, a slogan, or a short line in a second language.
Sending artwork that prints well
Best: vector files
SVG, PDF, AI, or EPS files scale cleanly to any size. If a designer made your logo, ask them for one of these.
Good: large PNG
A PNG at least 1000 pixels wide with a transparent background works well. Screenshots and small website logos often print blurry.
If you only have a photo
Upload the best version you have. We will let you know on the proof if it may print soft, so you can decide whether to find a better file.
Why we print on white
Every card is printed on bright white stock. White lets nearly any logo pop in its true colors and gives the QR code the strongest possible contrast, which matters when a customer scans in dim garage light or harsh afternoon sun. If your logo is white or very pale, mention it in your order notes so we can sort out the best version before your proof.
Holders are black, which hides job-site wear and pairs with almost any uniform color.

Design mistakes we steer you away from
Too much text is the most common one. A card crowded with phone numbers, license info, and a slogan makes the QR code smaller and the instruction harder to read. Keep the card focused on one action: leave a review. Your business card can handle everything else.

Can different badges in one pack have different names?+
Yes. List the names in the order form, one per line, and each badge in the pack gets its own name.
Can you design a card if I do not have a logo?+
Yes. We can set your business name in a clean, bold typeface so the card still looks finished and professional.
